Develop Your Skills.  Increase Your Value.

A career development program designed for women of color:

magic@work

Our magic@work program enables women of color to tap into and demonstrate our “m.a.g.i.c” in the workplace; our unique gifts and attributes.

According to the Women in the Workplace research study conducted through a long- term partnership between LeanIn.org and Mckinsey & Company, the workplace is especially challenging for women of color:

Women of color face more obstacles and a steeper path to leadership, from receiving less support from managers to getting promoted more slowly. This affects how they view the workplace and their opportunities for advancement. Overall two patterns are clear; compared to white women, things are worse for women of color, and they are particularly difficult for Black women.

You have the M.A.G.I.C; we help you hone it!
